Buying a voucher: We collect personal information when you buy a voucher directly from Azteco. We may share some of this information with payment processors in the event of suspected payment fraud.
Redeeming a voucher: We collect personal information when you redeem a voucher. This includes the IP address of the device redeeming the voucher, the partner Services or browser used to redeem the voucher, and the wallet address that receives the bitcoin. We use this information to redeem your voucher and to send you bitcoin.
Contacting Azteco: We collect personal information when you contact Azteco with support requests, bug reports, or feature suggestions. We use this information to troubleshoot and to improve the quality of our Services. We use third-party platforms to manage support requests and to provide help center information.
3. Data sub-processors
To provide the Services, we rely on data sub-processors to process different categories of data. Processors never store data outside of the scope of their specific purpose and or in relation to the general day-to-day use of the Services.
